At 49, psychologist Janine Delaney became an internet sensation known as the “jump rope queen.”

Now 51, Delaney boasts 2.5 million followers on Instagram inspiring women of all ages, including her two teenage daughters, to be in the best shape of their lives.

At 18, Delaney gave up ballet to study psychology.

As she settled into her career, she returned to her interest in physical fitness, teaching aerobics and, at the age of 42, entering — and winning bodybuilding — style “figure competitions.”

Now she is selling her Manhasset, NY, home for $3.49 million.

The home, at 650 Park Ave., is a five-bedroom, 5-and-a-half-bathroom Colonial.

“I believe in the good energy and good karma of where you live. We decided to build something that was grand with lots of light and positive energy. I am a content creator and I use my home for my content and to host events,” Delaney said.

“This is our dream home. But our kids are getting older and we are moving to Florida to start the next chapter. I’m excited for the next family and hope they enjoy the home as much as we did.”

The listing broker is Ann Hance, of Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty.
