Public relations guru Simon Huck has just listed his two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo at the Greenwich Lane for $4.9 million.

Last year, Huck, who appears on “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” — he’s a family friend who helped build their global brand — closed on the 1,586-square-foot apartment at 160 W. 12th St. for $4.06 million. It was then featured in Architectural Digest.

Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz recently plunked down a mighty $40 million for a four-bedroom penthouse duplex in the development, which is located on the site of the former St. Vincent’s hospital between Sixth and Seventh avenues.

Other noteworthy neighbors in the development include fashion designer Michael Kors, Jimmy Choo co-founder Tamara Mellon and retired baseball star David Cone.

The unit comes with high ceilings, stained red oak wood floors, a sophisticated sound system with hidden speakers, oversize windows, a chef’s kitchen, and a large master bedroom with walk-in closets and a spa-like bathroom.

Building amenities include a central landscaped garden, a gym with a pool and hot tub, yoga studio, steam room, sauna and spa treatment rooms.

There’s also a residents’ lounge, a dining room with a guest chef’s kitchen and a separate catering kitchen, a 21-seat screening room, a kids’ playroom and private storage.

The listing brokers are Kyle Blackmon and Dominic Paolillo, of Compass.
