Karen Katz, the CEO of Neiman Marcus, is selling her prewar co-op at tony 930 Fifth Ave., an Emory Roth-designed building where Woody Allen once occupied the penthouse.

The $3.15 million two-bedroom, two-bathroom co-op comes with furniture — though it can also be purchased without.

Recently renovated, the home includes oversized windows and a living room with a side view of Central Park, and a “beautiful faux fireplace.”

Sliding glass doors open to the second bedroom/library that includes an alcoved office space. There’s also an eat-in chef’s kitchen and a large pantry.

The listing brokers are Reba Miller and Julia Cole, of RP Miller Realty Group.
