Supermodel Karlie Kloss and her husband Josh Kushner — the investor brother of presidential advisor (and son-in-law) Jared Kushner — have sold their Nolita apartment for $6.6 million, or $3,600 a square foot, Gimme Shelter can reveal. (The average price per square foot of a condo sold in Manhattan is $2,077, according to the most recent Elliman report.)
The condo, at 211 Elizabeth St., first went on the market in February for $6.99 million, as Gimme Shelter reported exclusively at the time.

The home, designed by Roman and Williams, has striking details, including a custom-flamed granite woodburning fireplace and walnut herringbone floors. Building amenities include a gym, a bike room, private storage and a landscaped roof terrace.
The listing broker was Nick Gavin, of Compass.
The mystery buyer, we hear, is a young heiress, who was repped by Wendy Sarasohn, Billie Banks and Jamie Joseph, of Brown Harris Stevens.
