Actress and entrepreneur Kate Hudson and her partner Danny Fujikawa were spotted house hunting in the city.
One spot the two eyed was a maisonette at The Waverly Group’s 106 Franklin St., a luxury rental building in Tribeca. The 2,500-square-foot duplex, which has three bedrooms and a private garden, is on the market for $16,500 a month.

The unit, one of four floor-through lofts, comes with a keyed elevator landing and features wide-plank white oak floors, custom closets, recessed lighting and oversize windows. There’s an open chef’s kitchen, a master bedroom suite with a walk-in closet and a spa-like bathroom, and a split stairway that leads to a garden level. The building, which dates to 1915, has a virtual doorman and a common roof deck with an outdoor kitchen.
Hudson, 40, and Fujikawa, 33, have one-year-old baby Rani, while Hudson has two sons, Ryder and Bingham, from previous relationships.
Hudson, the daughter of Goldie Hawn known for her role in “Almost Famous,” just added a men’s line to Fabletics, the activewear brand that she co-founded in 2013. She is also on a mission to lose 10 pounds of “holiday eating and drinking” weight that she is chronicling for WW, formerly known as Weight Watchers, for which she is a paid brand ambassador.
