Fashion exec Craig Leavitt, the CEO of Kate Spade & Co., and Lam Nguyen have just bought a TriBeCa pad for $5.2 million, according to city property records.

The third floor unit at 71 Laight St. is in a former warehouse, built in 1905, that was transformed by architect Morris Adjmi and is known as The Sterling Mason.

The apartment is a sprawling 2,409 square feet and comes with three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms.

It was on the market for 242 days, according to Streeteasy.com.

The building’s two penthouses, which were on the market for $23 million and $21 million, are also in contract.

In June, the Post reported that Leavitt sold a one bedroom, two bathroom loft at the Chelsea Mercantile for $2.35 million.

That building, at 252 Seventh Avenue, is where celebrity chef Bobby Flay lived with his then-love, “Law & Order: SVU” actress Stephanie March, and where Katie Holmes famously hid out following her 2012 split from Scientology and Tom Cruise.
