The third-floor home comes with big windows, original parquet floors and views of Park Avenue’s tulip gardens and the Brick Church.

There is also a semi-private elevator landing, a library, eat-in chef’s kitchen and a butler’s pantry.

Couric and her husband, John Molner, bought what is presumably their current home, at 151 E. 78th St., for $12.2 million in 2016.

The listing broker for the Park Avenue pad was Stribling’s Alexa Lambert.
