Award-winning TV personality and journalist Katie Couric is now in contract to sell her longtime Upper East Side digs, which she’s owned for some two decades.

The flexible five-bedroom, 4½-bathroom co-op at 1155 Park Ave. was last asking $7.99 million.

It first listed for $8.25 million last fall. Couric and hubby John Molner, a financier, bought another pad at 151 E. 78th St. — a full-floor home no less — for $12.16 million in 2016. (The couple married in 2014.)

The posh uptown pad that is in contract comes with classic details like high ceilings, oversize windows, original parquet floors and views of Park Avenue’s tulip beds and Brick Church.

The residence also features a semi-private elevator landing, a large entry foyer and an eat-in chef’s kitchen with a breakfast room and a butler’s pantry.

Additional details include a formal dining room and a library.

For residents, there’s a gym, a bike room and 24-hour doorman service. The listing brokers are Alexa Lambert and Marc Achilles, of Stribling.
