Global investment giant KKR will move its headquarters to 30 Hudson Yards, the 90-story tower being developed by Related Cos. and Oxford Properties Group, the firms confirmed on Thursday.
The Post first reported that the deal was imminent on Tuesday.
KKR will leave 9 W. 57th St. for 334,000 square feet in the top 10 floors of the new skyscraper. Like Time Warner, which is also moving its offices to the tower, KKR will own its floors as a commercial condominium.
Time Warner will have 1.5 million square feet in the 2.6 million square-foot building.
