Angel investor and private art collector Kris Fuchs has put her Upper East Side digs back on the market.

The full-floor home on E. 67th St. is asking $9.97 million — down from its original ask of $13 million in 2015.

Fuchs, the former co-principal of SUITE NY, a furniture showroom, bought the residence with her now ex-husband, developer Michael Fuchs, for $5.52 million in 2006.

The 4,650-square-foot unit features five bedrooms and 3½ bathrooms.

A key-locked elevator opens to white lacquered walls and limestone.

There’s an open living/dining space with window walls, a chef’s kitchen, two fireplaces and a den featuring corduroy on the floors, walls and ceiling, according to the listing.

The primary bedroom boasts Venetian plaster walls, an ensuite bathroom and access to a private terrace.

There’s also walnut hardwood floors, built-in sound, a deeded parking spot and lucrative partial ownership of a neighboring building’s air rights.

The boutique building, formerly the home of Christie’s East Auction House, features four full-floor units — including a 4,665-square-foot penthouse that is currently on the market for $10.49 million.

The listing brokers of Fuchs’ unit are Douglas Elliman’s Christopher Riccio, Elana Zinoman, John Gomes and Fredrik Eklund.
