A billionaire is listing a massive 80 acre Conyers Farm estate for $65 million in Greenwich, CT.
The estate, the largest in Greenwich, is owned by Thomas Peterffy, who made his fortune as one of the first in computerized stock trading.
The 8000 square foot mansion comes with 8 bedrooms and a 2 story library. The home was built in 1904. David Ogilvy & Associates is listing the property, which is marketed by Christie’s International Real Estate.
The estate was once a working farm and comes with private roads, riding paths and polo fields. The estate also boasts a tennis court, pool and a cottage that once housed the estate’s firemen, according to the listing brokerage firm.
In January, the Post exclusively reported that Netscape co-founder Jim Clark, 70, and Australian Victoria’s Secret model Kristy Hinze, his 35-year-old fourth wife, bought director Ron Howard’s $27.5 million estate that was also in the Conyers Farm exclusively swanky, gated community. It was on the market for around 10 days.
