A Miami triplex once home to the late celebrity interior designer Lorraine Letendre is poised to hit the market for $4.5 million.

The lavish home is at Ten Museum Park, the downtown condo tower at 1040 Biscayne Blvd.

Letendre’s clients and projects included fashion designer Calvin Klein’s Hamptons home and Hollywood director/producer Michael Bay’s LA residence. Letendre passed away in April at age 72 of cancer. Last year, she donated $100,000 to establish the Lorraine Letendre Gynecologic Oncology Research Fund at the University of Miami.

Letendre also designed every detail of this home, and her personal condo has star touches — including a pool on the balcony.

Inside, there are 20-foot-high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass windows — and stunning ocean, city and bay views.

Sliding glass impact doors open to the balcony.

The 3,986-square-foot “tower suite” is on the 42nd, 43rd and 44th floors. It features three bedrooms and 3½ baths.

Built in 2007, the building boasts amenities including a gym, a wave pool, spaces for yoga and cycling, and a steam room with a spa.
