A sprawling Fidi penthouse at the towering 50 West is back on the market for $37.6 million, down from a higher $45 million asking price earlier this year.

The five-bedroom, 6½-bathroom full-floor spread boasts panoramic views of the city skyline and the Statue of Liberty, and comes with a private elevator landing with two entrances.

The first entrance opens to a formal foyer that leads to an entertainment space and the primary corner bedroom. The second heads to the private sleeping quarters, a family room and the chef’s kitchen.

At 7,137 square feet, the home comes with 70 linear feet of floor-to-ceiling curved curtain-wall windows, a fireplace, a formal dining area and a home office.

The main bedroom suite in a separate corner wing features views of the Hudson River and the World Trade Center. It also boasts two dressing rooms and double ensuite baths with radiant heated floors, showers and soaking tubs.

The kitchen, meanwhile, comes designed by starchitect/interior designer Thomas Juul-Hansen (who designed One57’s interiors) with dark-stained walnut cabinetry and a butler’s pantry.

The glass tower, developed by Time Equities, is 786 feet tall with 186 units. Indoor and outdoor amenities take up more than 30,000 square feet. They include an “Observatory” with two grills, as well as a 60-foot lap pool, a sauna, a steam room and a hot tub.
