At 4,235 square feet, it’s big enough to house the actor, his girlfriend, Taylor Neisen, 28, and the two tweens he shares with his ex-wife, actor Naomi Watts.
The duplex, at 41 Great Jones St., officially returns to market on Monday for $12.85 million — down from its initial ask of $15 million in 2018.
The sprawling home comes with 21-foot-high ceilings, wide oak floors and a chef’s kitchen.
