Model Sofia Richie is moving from Los Angeles to New York — and straight into a Soho apartment at One Vandam, a k a 180 Ave. of the Americas. Richie, 18, is the daughter of Lionel Richie and the little sister of Nicole.

She appears in Tommy Hilfiger ads, has walked the runway for Philipp Plein and Dolce & Gabbana and has 2.7 million followers on Instagram — including former squeeze Justin Bieber. Richie’s new two-bedroom unit is 1,557 square feet. It rented for less than its $13,500-a-month asking price, we hear.

The home opens to an entry gallery and open living/dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows, white oak floors and an open chef’s kitchen.

The corner master suite includes a walk-in closet/dressing area and a spa-like master bathroom.

Building amenities include a 6,400-square-foot landscaped terrace, a gym, a residents’ lounge and private storage.
