It’s not the White House, but it’s close enough.

In New York City, prospective buyers now have a chance to live beneath former President Donald Trump’s penthouse triplex at Trump Tower.

The luxe condominium, located at 721 Fifth Ave. in Midtown, is hitting the market for the first time in nearly three decades with an asking price of $8.99 million, The Post has learned. Michelle Griffith of Douglas Elliman, who holds the listing, declined to comment.

Unit 64GH, positioned in the same line two floors under Trump’s expansive three-story penthouse on floors 66, 67 and 68, boasts three bedrooms and 3.5 baths across 3,496 square feet.

The condo was once a part of a duplex spanning the 64th and 65th floors, but was split off in 1997 when the current owners purchased it.

The unit offers sweeping views of Central Park and a recent top-to-bottom renovation showcasing minimalist Belgian style, helmed by designer Bart Verhelle. High-end interiors were pre-finished in Europe.

Now, with the property up for sale, those with deep pockets have a chance to rub shoulders with Trump Tower’s most famous resident and perhaps even cross paths with the Trump family more frequently — especially with Barron Trump beginning his studies at NYU this year.

The residence for sale opens to a grand gallery hall, leading into a spacious living and dining area framed by walls of glass.
