Actor Leonardo DiCaprio owns two apartments at 2 River Terrace, but there are still units to be had in this eco-friendly Battery Park City luxury condo building — like a three-bedroom, 3½-bathroom condo on the 30th floor that is on the market as a $15,000-a-month rental.

The 1,985-square-foot unit boasts serene water views of the Hudson and the Statue of Liberty from every room.

The interiors were designed by David Rockwell, who also did the building’s lobby and common areas.
