Actor Leonardo DiCaprio owns two apartments at 2 River Terrace, but there are still units to be had in this eco-friendly Battery Park City luxury condo building — like a three-bedroom, 3½-bathroom condo on the 30th floor that is on the market as a $15,000-a-month rental.

The 1,985-square-foot unit boasts serene water views of the Hudson and the Statue of Liberty from every room.

The interiors were designed by David Rockwell, who also did the building’s lobby and common areas.

The unit features an open chef’s kitchen, high ceilings and wide-planked oak hardwood floors.

Thanks to its LEED Gold certification, the building’s eco-luxe features include filtered air and water.

Building amenities include a gym, yoga studio, 50-foot lap pool, “media cafe” and a lounge with billiards, a children’s play room, dog spa, second-floor public terrace, garage and bike storage.

DiCaprio, for the record, bought his first unit, which is 2,590 square feet, for $3.67 million in 2008, followed by the second, 2,327-square-foot unit for $8 million last year — though he has yet to combine them.

The listing broker is Douglas Elliman’s Carol Staab.
