Who goes from a bored Park Avenue housewife to Andy Warhol muse to … a real estate investor?

Jane “Baby Jane” Holzer, of course. She is now an Upper East Side staple — a socialite and art collector.

One of Holzer’s former properties was a historic five-story brick building at 118 Suffolk St. on the Lower East Side.

The building, near Rivington Street, is now known unofficially as “Baby Jane’s Townhouse.” It has since been turned into co-ops.

Now, a duplex unit is on the market as a $3,400-per-month rental.

The fully furnished unit comes with one bedroom and one bathroom, and features lots of exposed brick, high ceilings, custom lighting, custom cabinets, a separate washer and dryer room and “an Audrey Hepburn style circular staircase,” according to the listing.

There’s also an open chef’s kitchen and lots of space for entertaining.

The listing brokers are Karla Saladino and Jeffrey Hannon, of Mirador Real Estate.
