A posh and pricey co-op at 10 Bleecker St. — adjacent to the “Sex and the City” star’s unit — is now on the market for $2.22 million.

Nixon currently lives on the third floor of the building, at the corner of Elizabeth Street, with her wife, Christine Marinoni, and their 7-year-old daughter. She and Marinoni bought the apartment for $3.25 million in 2012.

Nixon also has two children with her ex-husband, Danny Mozes: Seph, 21, and Charles, 15.

The pad on the market, owned by photographers Bill Orcutt and Ilonka Van Der Putten, is set up as a one-bedroom, 1½-bathroom. The luxury corner loft opens to an entry foyer that leads to a chef’s kitchen with custom built-ins and a large butler’s pantry.

There’s also an “extra large” master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a clawfoot tub. The unit comes with 11-foot-high ceilings, cast-iron columns, exposed brick, hardwood floors and a large living room with seven oversize windows.

“It’s really nice but Cynthia’s unit is even bigger,” our spy says. A two-bedroom apartment on the same floor is also on the market for $2.35 million.
