A 17th-floor model apartment at 50 UN Plaza is about to hit the market as a $30,000-a-month furnished rental, or $28,000-a-month unfurnished residence.

It’s one floor below the Queen of England’s digs.

The former tenant is Italian entrepreneur Silvio Scaglia, who owns Elite Model Management and La Perla.

He will be moving into a penthouse of his own at hot luxury building 70 Vestry St.

The 50 UN plaza unit is 3,000 square feet and comes with three bedrooms and 3½ bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen and floor-to-ceiling windows.

Listing broker Jessica Campbell of Nest Seekers International declined to comment.
