There’s been a price drop on an apartment in one of East End Avenue’s most desirable buildings, 170 East End Ave.

The seventh floor pad — the same floor as Ricky Martin’s three-bedroom, 3½-bathroom condo — is now for sale for $3.99 million, down from its January asking price of $4.2 million.

In addition to Martin, who has had his 3,147-square-foot home there on the market since last August (it’s now asking $7.1 million), fellow residents include David Stockman, the former “Reaganomics” budget director, and his wife Jennifer, president of the Guggenheim Foundation, who bought a penthouse unit for $14.85 million in 2014.

The seventh-floor apartment with the new price drop is 2,197 square feet and comes with floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the East River and Gracie Mansion.

The home is smart-wired, with built-in speakers in every room; the bedrooms come with California closets and en-suite marble bathroom; and building amenities include a garage, a gym, a pilates room, yoga studio, squash court, movie theater, game room and a library.

Douglas Elliman’s Jacky Teplitzky, Adrian Radomski, Jolanta Piekarska and Thyago Raposo Nunes are repping.
