Is LL Cool J getting into the real estate business, or is he simply a very proud papa?

The two-time Grammy Award winner and actor – whose real name is James Todd Smith — may live in LA, where he stars as senior field agent Sam Hanna, a former Navy SEAL on the hit show “NCIS: Los Angeles,” but his heart is still in New York, his hometown.

The celeb recently attended an open house at 120 West 127th St., a renovated, $3.99 million Harlem brownstone, that is now on the market, with his daughter Italia Smith, a broker at Judy Etman Realty.

The 4,250-square-foot brownstone is divided into a duplex unit and a triplex.

The duplex features two bedrooms, Brazilian cherry wood floors, private backyard and a wine cellar.

The triplex includes a formal dining area, oversized master suite, three large terraces and spacious deck with room for storage.
