Finally there’s some good news for beleaguered Goldman Sachs CEO Lloyd Blankfein.
His Hamptons starter mansion at 121 Parsonage Lane in Sagaponack is in contract following a massive price drop and broker swap, Gimme Shelter can reveal.
Blankfein has been trying to sell the home since 2007.
It was asking $17 million with Sotheby’s International Realty last year before Blankfein moved to Corcoran’s Susan Breitenbach, who slashed the price to $12.99 and brought in a buyer, sources tell Gimme Shelter. (Breitenbach did not return calls.)
The seven-bedroom, 7 1/2-bathroom home, built in 1997, is 6,651 square feet.
The mansion is casually decorated and comes with a barn-style roof, a screened-in dining area, a cherry wood kitchen and a wood-paneled, “Masters of the Universe”-style office. There’s also a pool, pool house and tennis court.
The property, just under three acres, abuts a 40-acre reserve.
Blankfein won’t be homeless in the Hamptons — he also owns a $32.5 million mansion in Bridgehampton, as we exclusively reported.
