With JR, Loren, who counts Kim Kardashian as a pal and partnered with La La Anthony to create the Motives for La La cosmetics brand, paid $6 million for the estate at 35 Winding Lane in 2016.

The shingle-style residence, built in 2014, is 10,500 square feet and sits on 2.22 acres.

Inside, the home features high ceilings, a chef’s kitchen, seven bedrooms and six fireplaces. There’s also space to showcase art — specifically, the works by Andy Warhol, Banksy and Daniel Arsham in the Ridingers’ own collection.

Children will also love the home’s dreamy 1,200-square-foot play area, which features a doll room, a train room and a reading loft.

Other details include a professional-grade recording studio with a lounge in the basement, and doors that lead to a zen garden, a pool, a brook and walking trails.

The listing broker is Robin Kencel, of Compass.
