“The Countess,” as she’s been known, has been performing cabaret acts at Feinstein’s/54 Below, and was photographed this past weekend in Sag Harbor with fellow housewife Sonja Morgan, living it up on her boat (which is also part of the rental deal) and going to yoga class.

“She loves the Hamptons, but she needs a break. She can’t even walk down the street … without getting spied on,” a friend says. The charming waterfront home sits on nearly a third of an acre.

It is 2,500 square feet and comes with four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, three fireplaces and French doors that lead to an outdoor deck.

She purchased it for $2.43 million in 2013, per reports. It recently underwent a year-long renovation.

“I bought the house four years ago now. I found it through a girlfriend of mine who is a broker,” de Lesseps told Architectural Digest in a November interview. “A couple of margaritas later, we go to the house. It was early fall, and I walk onto the property and say: ‘Oh my god, this is exactly what I’ve been looking for.'”

The listing broker is Christopher Burnside, of Brown Harris Stevens.
