A co-owner of the posh Safavieh brand of rugs and home furnishings, Cyrus Yaraghi, bought the 16th floor of 812 Fifth Ave. for $10.8 million — far less than its original $15 million asking price last year.

It was last asking $11.8 million.

The four-bedroom co-op, with four full bathrooms and a powder room, is 4,200 square feet, and has 75 feet overlooking Central Park.

There’s a private elevator landing that leads to a roomy gallery, and outside, 200 square feet in planting terraces.

The home stocks plenty of old-world touches, like oak herringbone floors, a long living room, double-height windows and a wood-paneled library with a woodburning fireplace.

Listing brokers Diane Johnson, Susan Sperber and Scott Boyd, of Douglas Elliman — and buyers’ brokers Philip Scheinfeld and Ian Slater, of Compass — declined to comment.
