Former Mets and Yankees pitching star David Cone and his wife, Taja Abitbol Cone, have listed their four-bedroom, 4½-bathroom apartment at downtown’s Greenwich Lane development for $10.5 million.

The couple bought the unit at 160 W. 12th St. for $8.13 million last April and worked together to design and upgrade the unit.

It sports a terrace off the living room and is designed to have separate wings for living and entertaining.

A parking space and storage unit are included in the purchase.

The five-building, five-townhouse Greenwich Lane complex has several high-profile buyers, from Starbucks’ soon-to-step-down CEO Howard Schultz, who just bought a $40 million penthouse there, to fashion designer Michael Kors.

Amenities include a gym with a yoga room, a lap pool and a live golf simulator.

There’s also a children’s playroom and a landscaped courtyard that connects all the buildings.

Abitbol Cone and her brother, Victor Alia, are repping this listing through Douglas Elliman.
