She nailed it! This stunning Upper East Side duplex penthouse owned by the queen of nail polish, Essie Weingarten, is about to hit the market again for $12.5 million.

Weingarten is the founder of Essie, the go-to polish in an array of colors found in nail salons and drug stores. She launched her company — known for its playfully named shades, like the pink-tone Sugar Daddy — in 1981.
