Grammy Award-winning singer and songwriter Marc Anthony has sold his South Florida mansion after it spent some eight months on the market, a source told The Post.

The Wall Street Journal first broke the news of Anthony finding a buyer for the 20,546-square-foot spread in Coral Gables, an affluent suburb of Miami, adding that the identity of the new owner isn’t clear.

The sprawling compound asked $27 million for sale. The closing price hasn’t yet been recorded in Miami-Dade County records, but according to Realtor.com, it traded hands for $22.41 million.

Anthony, 52, bought the property for $19 million in 2018 from rum heiress Hilda Maria Bacardi.

Bacardi spent eight years overseeing its construction and listed it before completion. In 2014, she put it on the market for $18 million, then upped the price to $27 million in 2016 when the work wrapped up.

The new owner gets 12 bedrooms, 13 bathrooms and two powder rooms. Set on a corner lot, the property spans 1.3 acres and has more than 480 feet of water frontage. Its listing images show floor-to-ceiling windows, arched doorways, spacious entertaining areas, a wine cellar and a chef’s-grade kitchen with an eat-in area. That’s just one of three kitchens the new buyer will call their own.
