The final West Hollywood penthouse that Marilyn Monroe would live in before buying her first home in Brentwood is up for sale.

Listed at $2.49 million, Monroe lived in the two-bedroom, two-bathroom residence in 1954, after leaving her second husband, New York Yankees star Joe DiMaggio.

The current owner had purchased the condo from Ellen Degeneres’s wife, Portia De Rossi, in 2003 for less than $1 million.

Initially hitting the market back in 2018, the home is located in the upscale Granville Towers, on the corner of Sunset Boulevard and Crescent Heights, and has glided on and off the market since.

The building’s amenities include a 24-hour doorman, clubhouse, pool and spa, a courtyard and a garden, according to the listing.

Features include floor-to-ceiling skylight windows with over 2,000 square feet of living space. The formal dining room includes a chandelier with a circular staircase that winds through two levels. The interior features hardwood floors, spa-like bathrooms and built-in window seats.

The penthouse boasts sprawling city lights and mountain views.

Amanda Lynn of The Agency holds the listing with Gina Michelle and George Ouzounian.

“The home captures the old Hollywood charm, regency and glamour,” Lynn told Mansion Global.

Monroe and DiMaggio were married for only a year, from 1954 to 55 before she called it quits.
