Ex-Disney marketing chief Marie Therese “MT” Carney, founder of ad agencies Untitled Worldwide and Naked Communications, is listing her chic Soho loft for $11.25 million.

The sprawling fifth-floor residence is inside a former corset factory built in 1890 that was converted into condos in 2000.

The seven-story building, at 30 Crosby St., is known as the Loft.

The Loft is located on a coveted cobblestone block, and it’s also where rocker Lenny Kravitz once sold his triplex penthouse to Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz. (The latter pair later hired a crane to move their stuff out in 2013, when they sold the penthouse for $12.37 million.)

Kravitz first listed his penthouse there for $19.5 million in 2007. Keys and Beatz bought it in 2010 for $12.75 million, according to records.

Past residents have also included Courtney Love who lived in the building around the time it first opened in 2000.

Carney bought this home in 2014, for $8.22 million, according to property records.

Details include a library, a screening room, an open kitchen with eye-catching cabinetry, a laundry/mud room and lots of custom closets. The main bedroom suite features a large dressing room and a spa-like bath.

Building amenities include a doorman, private storage, a dining/tasting room with a fireplace, climate-controlled wine storage and a lobby “aromatherapy” system. Architect Joseph Pell Lombardi designed the condo conversion, which included penthouse roof decks made of titanium.

The listing broker is Edward Hickey of Compass.
