A 90-acre Long Island estate is now in contract to a local buyer close to its full asking price of $29.99 million, sources tell Gimme Shelter.

Known as Erchless, it has been in the family of steel magnate Howard Phipps since 1903.

The 15-bedroom home at 75 Post Road in Old Westbury comes with 10 bathrooms and two powder rooms, and is a sprawling 16,000 square feet.

The Colonial Revival-style mansion features gracious public rooms for entertaining, multiple fireplaces, a four-person elevator, arched windows and a central courtyard.

Listing images show rolling gardens and a pool.

Also outside, the property also features stables, a farm, outbuildings and “staff housing,” according to the listing.

The listing broker is Douglas Elliman’s Maria Babaev.
