THE next star of “The Bachelor,” Matt James — the first black lead in the show’s 18-year history — is sheltering in place on the Lower East Side. And the 28-year-old real estate broker is bunking with his BFF, “The Bachelorette” star Tyler Cameron, 27.

The two single dudes are living it up at year-old high-rise condo tower One Manhattan Square. They’re renting a splashy two-bedroom bachelor pad featuring an open chef’s kitchen with a breakfast bar and East River views.

Typical two-bedrooms in the 80-story, 823-foot building along the FDR Drive next to the Manhattan Bridge currently run between $6,000 and $7,300 a month.

Building amenities are lavish: They include a bowling alley, a full-size basketball court, golf simulators, a squash court, an indoor movie theater, a wine room, a gym and package delivery. (Cameron and James are both athletic.)

Earlier this year, Cameron formed a “quarantine crew” with James and a small group of family and friends — including on-again, off-again flame “Bachelorette” star Hannah Brown, who dated Cameron on her season — at his childhood home in Jupiter, Fla.

Together, James and Cameron run NYC-based ABC Food Tours, which (in non-pandemic times) introduces children living in temporary housing, domestic violence shelters or low-income homes to the city’s diverse food industry. Kids also meet business owners who overcame obstacles on their road to success.
