Disgraced former “Today” host Matt Lauer has finalized the sale of his Manhattan apartment.

The 11-room co-op, on the sixth floor of 133 E. 64th St., traded hands for more than its $7.35 million asking price, an insider told Mansion Global.

The unit’s StreetEasy listing lists the sale date as Aug. 6.

But the exact amount it traded for, and the identity of the buyer, are not available because the transaction has not yet been filed with the city’s Department of Finance.

The four-bedroom Upper East Side spread hit the market in March. The following month, as Page Six reported, it found a buyer, but the deal still required approval from the co-op’s board.

Lauer shelled out $5.88 million in 2004 to buy the home.

Listing photos show that the apartment has a private elevator landing that leads into a large entry foyer, which opens to a living room, a dining room and a corner library. The living room has custom bookshelves and a woodburning fireplace, while the library has views of downtown Manhattan. The master bedroom has two large dressing rooms, two bathrooms and a den.

Alexa Lambert, Marc Achilles and Julie Soffen of Stribling had the listing.
