Jerry PerenchioAssociated PressHe then went on to buy Univision, a then-struggling Spanish-language media company, which he later sold for $13.5 billion.

The nearly 5,000-square-foot, three-bedroom duplex, designed by Cesar Pelli, is on the 51st and 52nd floors, with sweeping views of Central Park and the Hudson River.
