Rosenthal, who produced films including “Meet The Parents,” “Analyze This,” “Meet The Fockers,” “Little Fockers” and “Wag the Dog,” co-founded the Tribeca Film Festival with Hatkoff and Robert De Niro in 2002.

The listing, first reported by the Real Deal, is 7,500 square feet.

The five-bedroom, seven-bathroom pad is well laid out for lavish entertaining. It is a combination of four separate apartments and includes two wood-burning fireplaces and 11-foot ceilings. The master bedroom boasts a marble bathroom overlooking Central Park.

The iconic, landmarked building at 1 W. 72nd St., with its Gothic facade and interior courtyard, was designed in 1884 by Henry J. Hardenberg, who created the Plaza Hotel.

Famed residents include Yoko Ono and Roberta Flack. Past residents include the late Lauren Bacall, who lived there for the last 53 years of her life.
