Three-time Oscar winner Meryl Streep has cut the price of her Tribeca penthouse.

The actress just relisted the full-floor spread at River Lofts for $18.25 million — a 26% discount off the $19.75 million ask when it first went on the market in August 2018.

Located at 92 Laight St., River Lofts is a celeb favorite for its paparazzi-proof underground garage, which features a private elevator that deposits residents directly into their apartments.

Streep and her sculptor husband, Don Gummer, picked up their apartment for $10.13 million in 2006.

The condo boasts four bedrooms over 4,000 square feet, with an open floor plan, Brazilian walnut floors, a woodburning fireplace, a media room and a wraparound terrace.

In 2017, Gwyneth Paltrow sold her River Lofts unit for $10.7 million.

Juliette Janssens and Allison Bandier Koffman of Sotheby’s International Realty have the listing.
