A Norwalk, Conn., property once owned by Italian-born opera soprano star Licia Albanese is on the market for $5.05 million — down from its last asking price of $5.39 million.

The waterfront property, at 16 Nathan Hale Drive, was Albanese’s summer home, where she hosted grand parties.

She would stand on the balcony overlooking the living room and sing to her guests, according to current owners Michael and Carol Vaughn. Albanese performed at New York’s Metropolitan Opera over 400 times from the 1940s to 1960s in productions like Puccini’s “Madama Butterfly.”

She died in 2014 at the age of 105.

The five-bedroom, 5½-bathroom property is 5,676 square feet.

Built in 1939, it sits on 1.1 acres and comes with a deepwater dock, gardens and a tennis court.

The home’s interiors feature vaulted ceilings, a fireplace and French doors leading to a deck.

There’s also an eat-in chef’s kitchen with a butler’s pantry and sliding doors that lead outside.

The master bedroom suite includes an ensuite spa-like bath with radiant-heated floors, a dressing room and a walk-in cedar closet.

The listing broker is Merrill Till, of Houlihan Lawrence.
