A Miami Beach penthouse, which was considered America’s largest-known cryptocurrency real estate deal in June, has hit the market again for a whopping $28 million, The Post has learned.

Known as the “lower penthouse,” the abode comprises the entire ninth floor of the 12-story luxury building, Arte Surfside, which Ivanka and Jared Kushner also call home.

Property records show that it sold for $22.5 million on May 27. The sale made headlines when it closed, not in an all-cash deal, but rather in cryptocurrency.

The head-turning transaction was made under the company Chain Inc., currently owned by Stellar Development Foundation led by Jed McCaleb. The company describes itself as offering “bitcoin infrastructure for developers, enterprises and financial institutions.”

The summer deal, which took place via blockchain, was solidified in less than ten days from start to finish, setting additional records on time for both buyer and seller.

It is unclear why the current seller has decided to part ways with the condo. The owner remains anonymous.

Newly built in 2020, the residence spans over 5,000 square feet and is made up of four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, with an approximately 3,000-square-foot wraparound terrace.

Features include 10-foot-high ceilings, Travertine stone in the bathrooms and blackout window treatment installed in all the rooms.

The residence also offers 360-degree views of the cityscape, ocean and shoreline, including a wine-tasting bar with ocean views.

Amenities of the full-service luxury building include a rooftop tennis court, outdoor and heated indoor pools, children’s playroom, spa and wellness level. It also comes with direct beach access.

Ryan Farbstein and Max Farbstein of Douglas Elliman hold the listing.

“The best feature of the lower penthouse is the size of the grand living room. It is the largest room in the property trumping the upper penthouses living room space,” Ryan told The Post.

“From classic European apartments of the 1920s and ’30s, Italian Modernist master Antonio Citterio combines architectural virtuosity with a purist sensibility,” Max added.
