Myles Chefetz, the restaurateur behind Miami hot spots Prime 112 and Prime Italian, is listing his three-bedroom South Beach townhouse for $4.4 million.

The 2,397-square-foot space, at 300 Collins Ave. and designed by Thomas Juul-Hansen, has an almost equally large backyard with a kitchen.

Other residents include clothing designer Anthony Thomas Melillo and cosmetics execs Richard Ferretti and James Gager.

The brokers are Douglas Elliman’s Dina Goldentayer and Joseph Schafer.

In Miami Beach, Faena House residents (or their chauffeurs) are the latest hotshots to have access to GasMob — a mobile app that enables users to get their cars filled up with petrol on demand, no matter where it is.
