It’s game on for football Hall of Famer and Emmy-winning television personality Michael Strahan.
The former New York Giant has been spotted hunting for a new Manhattan home. This time, he toured two units at the NOMA, a condo at 50 W. 30th St. developed by Alchemy Properties.
Michael StrahanWireImagePreviously, as The Post reported in 2015, Strahan was eyeing places on the Upper East and Upper West sides — looking at a $13.5 million East Side townhouse and a West Side penthouse.
Seems he’s shifted downtown.
One of the units that Strahan toured last week was a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit with a terrace asking $2.59 million.
That third-floor unit, which is 1,325 square feet, comes with a breakfast bar, and a master bedroom suite featuring a windowed spa-like bathroom and radiant heated floors. The NOMA, a 24-story tower, has 55 units. Building amenities include a 120-foot-wide landscaped common terrace with an outdoor kitchen, a library and a gym.
The listing brokers are Timothy McCarthy and Caleb Hartzler of Alchemy.
