Canadian comedy legend Mike Myers, the Saturday Night Live alum famed for “Wayne’s World” and “Austin Powers,” is in contract to sell his Soho home.

The final purchase price isn’t yet available, but the fifth-floor unit at 72 Mercer St. had most recently been on the market for $4 million.

The 2,133-square-foot condo comes with two bedrooms, 11-plus-foot ceilings, a gas fireplace and lots of light.

There’s also a dining area that seats 10 people. In April, Myers sold his four-bedroom penthouse one floor up for $13.2 million. (He had originally tried to sell them together as a combo triplex for $21.5 million, but had no takers.)

Myers now lives outside the city with his wife, Kelly, and their three kids.

The listing brokers were Leonard Steinberg, Herve Senequier, Amy Mendizabal and Calli Sarkesh, of Compass.
