Cheryl Mercuris, the self-made direct marketing maven who appeared in a handful of recent “Million Dollar Listing New York” episodes, is selling a seven-bedroom apartment at the Aldyn, located at 60 Riverside Blvd, for $17.99 million.

The sprawling 6,758-square-foot corner duplex comes with 8½ bathrooms and 1,730 square feet of outdoor space.

The unit boasts double-height ceilings in the living room. Mercuris bought the apartment for $13.72 million in 2012, records show.

The Aldyn apartment’s listing broker, Douglas Elliman’s Toni Haber, declined to comment.
