Actress Mischa Barton was spotted house hunting in the Hamptons with Douglas Elliman broker Aaron Curti.

The “O.C.” actress — who reportedly has homes in New York, London and Los Angeles and next appears with Denise Richards in “The Toybox,” a horror flick out in September — looked at a townhouse in the Bishops Pond development in Southampton.

The community has a private pool, tennis courts, a gym and a yoga room.
