The fashionable 1,624-square-foot unit at 5 Beekman St., which is asking $13,499 per month, boasts two bedrooms, 2½ bathrooms, a roomy kitchen, wide-plank oak floors and floor-to-ceiling windows.

The listing broker, Douglas Elliman’s Emory Stewart, also worked as the unit’s interior designer, overseeing everything from the installation of custom closets to the selection of high-end lighting fixtures by Roll & Hill.
