She’s come a long way from detention.

Molly Ringwald, the red-haired actress best known for starring in the feel-good ’80s teen classics “The Breakfast Club” and “Sixteen Candles,” has listed her downtown Manhattan apartment for $1.79 million, the Observer reports.

Located at 122 E. 10th St. in the East Village, her co-op spans the top two floors of a five-story, 19th-century row house, located between Second and Third avenues.

Ringwald has reportedly owned the place since around 2004, but has lately used the two-bedroom, 1 ½-bathroom unit as a pied-à-terre.

And perhaps that’s no surprise — she and hubby Panio Gianopoulos have three kids (not enough bedrooms!) and mostly live in Santa Monica, Calif.

The restored apartment looks charming, with original details including 10-foot ceilings with exposed beams in the living room, as well as two antique wooden windows and a woodburning fireplace.

There’s another fireplace in the master bedroom, which also has an exposed brick accent-wall and north-facing views.

An arched hallway leads to the eat-in chef’s kitchen, which features custom stainless-steel counters and a vintage Tappan stove from the ’50s.

Robert Lewis of Weichert Rockefeller Center is repping this listing.
