As Vanessa Trump goes through divorce proceedings with Donald Trump Jr. and distances herself from the family, she’ll soon have a new place to hang out with her five kids — at her mom’s.

Bonnie Haydon, we hear, has launched renovations at her smashing new $6.4 million apartment at 1049 Fifth Ave., which she snagged from Roger Ailes’ widow, Elizabeth.
