Grindstone Entertainment Group recently acquired crime drama “Vault,” starring Chazz Palminteri, Don Johnson and Samira Wiley.

The film is inspired by some small-time thugs who tried to pull of a giant heist, stealing more than $34 million from the mob in Rhode Island.

The setting is about as far from South Beach as one can get.

But that’s where Stan Wertlieb, Grindstone’s principal, is about to list his Continuum pad for $10.9 million.

The four-bedroom combo unit at 100 S. Pointe Drive, with views from the ocean to the Miami skyline, is 3,355 square feet and features more than 500 square feet of outdoor space.

Inside, there are 10-foot-high ceilings, a private elevator and two parking spaces in the garage.
