Adam Richman, a partner at film and TV production studio Double Nickel Entertainment, has listed his Harlem penthouse at 2002 Fifth Ave. for $2.48 million.

Richman’s producer credits include Clint Eastwood’s popular “Gran Torino” (2008).

He’s also worked with Richard Gere, Claire Danes and Salma Hayek.

His three-bedroom co-op comes with a 1,553-square-foot private roof terrace for dining al fresco or lounging in a hammock as you take in views from the downtown skyline to the George Washington Bridge.

Richman bought the digs in 2006 for $982,499, records show.

Additions include a custom concrete fireplace, a hand-crafted floor-to-ceiling bookshelf and lots of custom California closets.

The listing brokers are Corcoran’s Julia Boland and Tamara Marotta.
