Five-time Grammy Award-winning music mogul Clive Davis (known, among many other things, for bringing the late Whitney Houston to fame) paid $2 million for his sixth unit at the Ritz Tower earlier this year.

The building is in the heart of Midtown’s new “billionaire’s district,” which centers on 57th Street near Central Park.

These days, a new unit on the market for a “bargain” can make any old deep-pocketed honcho feel like a billionaire, notes Douglas Elliman broker Jared Seligman.

The three-bedroom, two-bathroom unit at 465 Park Ave. (at 57th Street) is on the 14th floor.

It comes with a formal dining room, a chef’s kitchen, hardwood floors and lots of storage space.

Building amenities in the pet-friendly space include a hotel-style concierge, maid’s service, room service, a gym and a private room for entertaining.
